I live in Slab CIty and it is super hot during the summer. I love my spices but the hot weather takes out the aroma and flavor...so using this method I can separate my spices into several "sets"...one for my parked 33 foot Rv in the desert, but kept in the fridge, and another set for the little "Van-Go" that I hope to travel in to get OUT of this heat! Love it!
